SCORE & RECOMMENDATION:

Pinot Gris is one of my favorite white varietals. It is an often overlooked white since so many reach first for Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Riesling. Yet, I find that Pinot Gris pairs so effortlessly with food and when it is well made like this one, it can shine on its own. Great minerality and depth of flavor. Be careful not to finish the bottle in one sitting. Retails for around $14.
